SAOL Knitwear – Exchanges:
Products can be easily exchanged within 30 days of the initial purchase date for different sizing requirements or a product with the same value as the one purchased.
Products for exchange need to be returned in original packaging must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached.
Please return the merchandise, with a copy of your order, contact information, and specific details about exchange required to:

You will receive a tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. No exchanges will be sent out until the original merchandise is returned.

Saol Knitwear – Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it for a Full Refund. Returns Must Be sent within 30 Days of Purchase.
All Items must be in original packaging unworn, unused, and have the original tags still attached. If Items have tags removed, are used, worn they will not meet the criteria for returns and will be handled on a case by case basis.
We do not offer free shipping for returns unless there is a default with the product. After your return is received it will be processed within 7 business days.
